I like the look although it's not a very flattering photograph of your face (it's also been filtered slightly pretentiously) and the drop-down menus get covered up by the video (which is more than a temporary concern given you post a video in virtually every post.

Maybe you could use a different photo of yourself? Maybe one where you're eating the words "robertpopper.com" in alphabet soup?

Actually aside from those two things I can't particularly tell the difference which just shows what I know...
