Surely calling a patient who's just had 'a massive heart attack' a bastard is against the hippocratic oath?? Maybe it's just me but when the doctor–or the lewd guy in the white coat to you and me–is talking about a patient and says 'I want to know whats going on with this….' he looks like hes going to say the word 'bastard' but then says 'chappy'! Surely calling a patient who's just had 'a massive heart attack' a bastard is against the hippocratic oath??
