I want to be trapped in a lift with this man

…for at least four hours:

Three things I’ve noticed:
1) The couple watching him don’t really seem to be watching him
2) I thought it was a weird shelf unit behind Mr Durant, until that man in blue suddenly appears behind him. The perspective went all weird…
3) The place he’s in looks pretty flammable. I mean, have you ever seen so much wood?

    If you imagine it's a restaurant and the couple are waiting to be seated it takes on a whole new meaning.

    Also at 1.48, the woman (?) on the left checks her watch…

    I think there’s probably this whole disparate sub-culture of… this sort of thing.

    I once saw this guy in a pub doing “impersonations of things”… and every single time he’d start by saying “here’s one for the older people” or “you young people probably won’t have heard this one”…

    … every single impression was for something that no longer exists – like a railway platform back in the days of steam, or a WWII bomber starting up etc etc.

    It was weirdly amazing – if it had been deliberate – but actually I think he just hadn’t changed his act in about 60 years. He probably learned it from his grand dad.

    The other thing that was weirdly amazing is that I did actually feel a bit nostalgic and choked up over the Lancaster Bomber – even though my own parents weren’t actually born at the time that that was a familiar noise.

    Still… memories eh?

    I must admit this is funny, I think if this guys is caught in the same lift with me I think Ill go crazy if he starts doing that.

    I think this maybe how he communicates with people, I don't believe he has a voice, and I think he was giving a speech about how yoghurt is made in his factory down the road.

    well thats my opinion anyway
