    I thought Uzbekistan was a grim theocratic state, but from what I can tell from this video, everyone's having a whale of a time!

    I like how the video is full of images of beaches, coastlines, and the sea, given that Uzbekistan is one of only two doubly landlocked countries in the world. I guess it's their cultural equivalent of bling.
